  Paid my first payment upfront, Got a call the day ibam supposed to have my item delivered to tell me my adress doesn't check out and I need to provide another form of proof of residency. I comply. My window time to have it delivered was a 4 hour window and still nothing. I called they said it would be there about 20 minutes, 1 hour and 15 minutes later they deliver, hook it up, and BOOM the TV is Broken. Not a good thing. Ana my representative is super nice, super informative but unfortunately the rest of this store was out of policy and if this was they way they do business all the time (Charging upfront before verifying information then calling you 2 hours before your delivwry window starts to tell you) then this place need to be closed. Bad taste in my mouth for sure.
