  I waited 45 mins for nothing just for the store manager to not even address me personally after his reps had me leave the store go get a Visa card when if they knew what hey was talking about all wasted time could've been avoidedbut he wants to sit and eyeball me because I wasn't able to get what I was coming for I have a iPhone 7 plus I was coming there to get my little cousin the phone as a gift I worked for att corporate WTR matter you get paid off of how you treat your customers and coming from someone who kept a 100% in that metric that was a horrible time and your regional manager needs to have a talk with you Robby
